How billing works.
You are billed when a report leaves the device.
Sending it to your client counts. So does saving a copy off the device to Dropbox, Files, or anywhere else, because at that point the finished document is out of Doxvora's hands and into yours. One rule, applied the same way both directions.
Everything up to that point costs nothing.
Capturing, wrapping up, generating the report and reading the whole thing over on your phone are free. You can build a report, decide it is not right, and build it again without paying for the difference.
